Housekeeping - Room Attendent (Full Time)


When it comes to providing a clean and comfortable environment for our guests, our Housekeeping attendants make sure we're exceeding expectations. Housekeeping is one of the most important Departments within Apartment Royale, with regular audits and high expectations, our cleaning standards is an area we take pride in. Are you a team player? Do you have an eye for detail? Are you capable of working with minimal supervision? In this role, you will be working as a team and towards a schedule to make sure the accommodation is ready for the next guests' arrival. Having an eye for detail is essential especially when working in a routine manner. With everyone assigned to rooms it would be your responsiblity to ensure your allocation is completed to high satisfaction with support from team members where required, however largely on your own. Making Guests Happy - Manager (Full Time)


A new role has arisen due to high demand of our services and expansion. We are looking for a Guest Lisaon Manager who will manage Guest enquiries and reservations, obtained from our online platform. Your role would include but not limited to ensuring loyal guests are rewarded for their loyalty, Person Specification * Do you have experience Line Managing a team of 3 or more members? * Are you confident having difficult conversations with Guests regarding their reservations? * Are you able to think on the spot with providing resolutions with customers in order to ensure they have a pleasant stay?
